Victor E Design Build Landscape is a full-service, award-winning Landscape Design and Construction company offering services in the greater Portland area. They have three full-time designers and project managers on-staff and six seasoned crew leaders managing an experienced team. Victor E Design Build Landscape won an ‘Excellence in Landscape’ Award from the Oregon Landscape Contractors Association, in 2016 and again in 2018.

Victor L. Esuk, owner and lead designer, is well-known for his ability to listen and then incorporate the needs and wants of his clients into beautiful, creative, and green solutions. His natural artistic eye combined with his ability to design practical and cost-effective solutions makes him a highly respected and sought-after designer and landscaper.

Victor has more than 30 years of experience in creating award-winning landscape designs. In his early years, he worked for two of the top landscaping companies in Portland, Oregon, and won the Top Designer Award several times. Victor attended the University of Oklahoma on an athletic scholarship where he also graduated with a degree in Landscape Architecture.

Joey has has a great eye for creating aesthetic landscapes and structures. He is excellent with our customers and understands the value of creating personalized design plans and feasible solutions that fit every need. Joey is skilled in providing accurate estimates as well as managing the project to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. He constantly strives to provide our customers with high quality projects that will enhance their outdoor living experience. Joey graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Civil Engineering. He applied his construction management skills and his expertise in civil engineering to design and construct a variety of residential, industrial and commercial projects in the greater Portland area. In his spare time, Joey loves to do anything outside – running, golf, biking, and hiking. He also enjoys endurance events, like triathlons and ultra marathons.

Kelly is a professional landscape designer and project manager with more than 22 years in the industry. Prior to Portland, she worked as a landscape designer and project management in both the Chicago and Denver areas. Kelly earned a certificate in residential landscape design through Northwestern University at the Morton Arboretum in Illinois. Kelly develops strong, trusting relationships with our clients and they know they are going to receive excellence at every step of the project, from concept and design to working with the crew and clients to ensure successful installation. Over the years Kelly has learned that the most important aspect of developing the client-contractor relationship is listening to their needs and being able to put that in a plan that is creative but also fits their budget. In Kelly’s spare time she loves playing with her pups, gardening and city living. She is also a diehard Chicago sports fan! One of her favorite things to say is “you can never take the Irish and the Chicago out of the girl”.

Our crew leaders are knowledgeable, experienced, good communicators and some of the best landscapers in the business. They offer our clients the peace of mind that each project will not only meet but often exceed expectations. Our priorities include doing the right thing, keeping everyone safe at the project site, respecting your home and property throughout the installation phase, and leaving everything clean and pristine. Victor E Design Build Landscape finds many ways to give back to the community that has supported them and their families. We have supported local service organizations like Early Headstart School and Habitat for Humanity. Victor speaks and makes donations to at-risk youth in the Portland area in partnership with organizations like Crossroads. He also mentors young men in the areas of business and personal effectiveness.
